Thoughts/ understanding

We often get trapped by the way we learn about other people. I feel like subconsciously
it turns into a competition
, we compare and contrast the differences and search for the parallels that fit into our social norms. The act of feeling good enough for someone starts by looking at their situation and then comparing it to your own. Then we use these comparisons to rationalize why things aren’t working out or how they might work out.
When in reality, in a ideal world we would just look at the person. They are either good or bad, work well or don’t. Instead we allow this clutter of information that ends up making the decision for us about the value of other people. Stop. Think. Be Open. You will meet a whirl wind of people. Colorful people that will bring something different to your life. They will leave a different kind of foot print a different kind of hand print and their music will play in your memory a little differently each time.
