Juicing for the New Year
You don't have to spend a ton of money on juicing kits to juice the way you want! Juicing can be a great way to reset your body after the holidays.
I personally go to Whole Foods or a juice bar near my house and purchase about 5 juices for a 24 hour cleanse, 10 for a two day, and 15 for 3 days. I like to mix it up with natural smoothies so that I am not just drinking juice as well as in order to avoid being light headed. Cleanses can be really expensive but they don't have to be!
go to the made in house juices sold by Whole Foods (over by the veggies). They have a variety of flavors some of which go on sale depending on when they were juiced. Definitely mix up your flavors in order to get as much variety of fruits and vegetables as possible.
